Rules of the referral program

Participation in the program:

      1.1. Each user who successfully completes the registration process automatically becomes a member of the referral program and agrees to follow its rules.

Description of the partner program:

      2.1. The partner program is a functionality of the greespi.com website that allows you to accumulate points for purchases made on the site.

Accrual of points:

3.1. The number of points awarded for purchases is set by the site administration and may be changed unilaterally. According to the latest version of the Program dated 15.01.2024, 5% of the amount of the completed order is accumulated on the bonus account.

      3.2. Clients will be notified of changes via e-mail.

Use of points:

4.1. With the help of points, each user can pay part or the full amount of orders in accordance with the exchange rate of one point for a cash equivalent in a given region.

      4.2. The user can exchange points for merchandise in accordance with the number of accumulated points and the value in points under each product.

Delivery of merchandise:

      5.1. Merchandise purchased with points is delivered to the client together with a new order.

Partner program and links:

6.1. The partner program allows each user to share a unique link with other people.

      6.2. For each purchase made through the unique link of the user (referral), the user receives additional points.  According to the latest version of the Program dated 15.01.2024, 5% of the amount of each order placed by the referral is accumulated on the bonus account.

Partnership:

7.1. Each user can become a partner of the company, receiving a monetary reward for recommendations.

      7.2. An application for partnership is submitted in the personal account with the obligatory provision of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

      7.3. Any Program partner acts on its own initiative and at its own discretion and the Program owner is not responsible for the consequences of its activities to promote the Company's products, including tax, legal or material, etc.

Verification and partner status:

8.1. The accuracy of the data is verified by a third-party accredited service "veriff.com".

      8.2. After confirmation of the application, the user acquires the status of a partner and gets the opportunity to receive a monetary reward for the points received.

Points rate:

      9.1. 1 point is equal to 1 monetary unit in accordance with the currency in which the product was purchased.

Payments of cash rewards:

10.1. Payments of cash rewards are made monthly from the 1st to the 15th day of the month, subject to the minimum number of points for payment.

      10.2. The minimum number of points for payment can be changed by the administration.  According to the latest version of the Program dated 15.01.2024, the minimum amount of points to be paid out is 200 points.

Changes in terms and conditions:

11.1. This list of conditions may be changed or supplemented by the administration unilaterally.

      11.2. All users will be notified of changes via e-mail.
